Should I Run is a tool built and operated by an individual athlete and developer based in the UK. The site helps sprinters check wind conditions before deciding whether it’s worth travelling to a competition.

2. What Data We Collect

a) Website Usage Data

We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how people use the site. These tools collect:

  • IP addresses (anonymized in the EU)
  • Device and browser type
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Approximate location (e.g. city, region)

We don’t collect or store personal identifiers like your name or email through analytics.

b) Contact Form

If you contact us using the form, we collect:

  • Your message

Messages are sent to info@shouldirace.com and stored securely on a Mouse server. They’re kept for the maximum retention period allowed under GDPR and are only used to respond to your enquiry. We don’t use this info for marketing or share it with third parties.

c) Weather Data

We use a third-party weather API to display wind and forecast info for competition tracks. No personal data is sent or stored through this API.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to measure how people use the site. These come from Google Analytics and help us improve performance and content. You can block or delete cookies via your browser at any time.
