Aldershot Military Stadium, nestled within the Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre, boasts an 8-lane, 400m synthetic track with full field event facilities and a covered seating capacity for over 1,100 spectators. This floodlit stadium serves as a hub for both military sports and prominent athletics clubs like Aldershot, Farnham & District AC

    Track Surface: Synthetic (Mondo surface as of 1998 resurfacing)

    Number of Lanes: 8-lane, 400m track with a 9-lane straight.

    Seating Capacity: 1,128 covered seated capacity in the main stand.

    Note: During the winter football season (September-April), throwing disciplines move to a training area adjacent to the hockey complex.

    Parking Availability: Free parking is available on-site with an overflow, and additional parking for over 300 spaces is available nearby.

    Car Park 6 off Rawlinson Road (which is off Princes Ave) is typically used for stadium parking.
