Track Information

The athletics track is located at Ashton Playing Fields in Woodford Green, Essex. This facility offers a range of amenities for athletes and is home to the Woodford Green Athletic Club with Essex Ladies, one of the top athletics clubs in the UK.

    Competition specification hammer cage
    Two long jump/triple jump pits
    Javelin and shot put areas
    High jump and pole vault facilities

    The track offers both pay-as-you-go access and annual membership options for unlimited access

    Free parking is available at the athletics track.

    Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
    Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
